The assistance will be provided directly to the families in addition to the state support measures available to the families of the deceased.<\/p>\n<p>Bulat Utemuratov expressed his deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the fallen servicemen.<\/p>\n<p>The tragedy occurred on September 24 during a combat training exercise.
