The Bulat Utemuratov Foundation will become a regional partner of the Global Autism Advocacy Coalition (GAAC) and will establish a hub for the countries of Central Asia and the South Caucasus. The new platform will bring together the expertise of international and regional organizations to develop systemic support for people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

The Bulat Utemuratov Foundation is launching a pilot of SaqTag, a digital wristband designed to help reunite children with autism with their families more quickly if they become lost. The pilot will be rolled out across four Asyl Miras Autism Centers: one in Almaty, one in Ust-Kamenogorsk and two in Astana. If the pilot proves effective, the Foundation will consider expanding the initiative across its entire network of Asyl Miras centers in Kazakhstan.
The Bulat Utemuratov Foundation will provide financial assistance to the families of servicemen who lost their lives during naval exercises on the Caspian Sea coast in the Mangystau Region.
