419 families from Aktobe region will receive housing from the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation

The Bulat Utemuratov Foundation continues to work to provide housing for flood-affected residents of the Aktobe region. By September 2024, the Foundation plans to finance the construction and purchase of housing for 419 families in the region.

The Bulat Utemuratov Foundation continues to work to provide housing for flood-affected residents of the Aktobe region. By September 2024, the Foundation plans to finance the construction and purchase of housing for 419 families in the region.

110 houses are under construction in Kobda area, Aktobe region. A total of 150 houses will be built. According to the project, the Foundation plans to build a bathroom and a boiler room for installation of an autonomous heating system in each house with a total area of 80/100 square meters, along with living areas.

In Aytekebi, Kobda, Martuk, Mugalzhar, Temir and Oiyl areas, the Foundation purchased houses for 68 families who lost their houses as a result of floods. According to local authorities, the total need for housing in these areas is 169 houses.

In Aktobe, 32 of the 100 apartments planned for transfer to the citizens affected by the flood have been purchased. By agreement with the developer, all apartments will be transferred finished, which will allow new owners to move into new housing immediately after receiving the keys.

Earlier, Bulat Utemuratov sent 10 billion tenge to help flood victims and restore the Aktobe region. In the first days of the floods, the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation transferred 680 million tenge to provide emergency assistance to evacuees from flood zones.
