Ainur Karbozova has been appointed CEO of the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation.

Expressing gratitude to Marat Aitmagambetov for his years of dedicated service, founder of the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation highlighted his significant contribution to the Foundation’s growth and development. Over the years, the Foundation has implemented a number of large-scale and socially important initiatives. The flagship programme “Autism. One World for All” has achieved impressive results. Other key projects include the construction of public schools, a new airport terminal in Kyzylorda, a community centre in Kosshy, and several other major initiatives. In addition, the Foundation has successfully launched programme-based projects such as “Jas Leader Akademiyasy” and “Zhasyl Mektep”.

Ainur Bagdatovna brings extensive experience in international relations, diplomacy, investment promotion, and higher education. She is also actively involved in socially impactful projects as part of her public commitments.

She graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics, completed through the Bolashak International Scholarship Programme.

Her professional career includes positions at the Consular Service Department and the Department of Information and Analysis at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as at the Embassies of Kazakhstan in South Korea and the United Kingdom. She has served as President of the Centre for International Programmes under the Ministry of Education and as Deputy Chairman of the Board at Maqsut Narikbayev University.

The Bulat Utemuratov Foundation was established in 2014. It implements charitable programmes in key areas such as inclusion, education, healthcare, sport, and environmental protection. Among its flagship initiatives is “Asyl Miras”, a programme supporting children with autism spectrum disorders. Over the past ten years, the Foundation has invested more than 98.4 billion tenge in charitable projects across Kazakhstan.
