The largest Autism Center in the country starts its work in Astana
On the threshold of the World Autism Awareness Day, the Bulat Utemuratov’s Foundation opened a new Center for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in Astana. This Center has become the second in the capital and the twelfth in the Asyl Miras network in Kazakhstan. It is located at: Nursaya 2 Residential Complex, 13 Dostyk Str.
International Conference on Autism started in Almaty
On November 29 and 30 in Almaty, the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation and Narxoz University are holding the IV International Conference “AUTISM. THE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITIES”
Leading international experts in the field of autism research, developers of best practices and parents of children with ASD will attend the Conference.
Residents of the Auliyekol and Karassu Districts of the Kostanay Region, whose houses were completely destroyed by fire, received KZT 1 million each as part of the Aid Card Project of the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation.

Children and parents visiting the capital’s autism center “Asyl Miras” were among the first to meet with sports stars. Similar centers for children with autism have been opened by the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation in 10 cities of Kazakhstan.
Asyl Miras Autism Center started working in Taraz
A new Asyl Miras autism center has opened in Taraz today to support children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Taraz has become the tenth city in Kazakhstan to have a network of Bulat Utemuratov Foundation autism centers. The center, opened in cooperation with the Akimat of Zhambyl region and located at 47 Askarova St., will be able to accommodate up to 300 children per year.
The IV International Conference “Autism. The World of Opportunities” ended in Almaty
By invitation of the Bulat Utemuratov’s Foundation 560 participants and speakers from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, USA, Poland, Russia and other countries came to Almaty and within two days shared their experience, methods and knowledge within the verge of Narxoz University.
Asyl Miras Autism Center Network expands its activities in Almaty
The new building of the Asyl Miras autism Center is located at 122 Kunaeva Street. Due to the increase in the center’s area, adaptation programs will cover about 300 families per year. Akim of Almaty Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited the new center today and got acquainted with the work of specialists.
The funds will be transferred to the Aralym-Aidyn Shalkarym Public Foundation, which will then be distributed for the priority needs of the affected population. In the region, the problem of livestock access to water and fodder supply is acute due to the prolonged drought. At the moment, more than 500 heads of cattle have already died in the area.
The Leadership Academy program for pupils of Kazakh schools starts in Kazakhstan
The Bulat Utemuratov’s Foundation is launching the Leadership Academy program in cooperation with the Akimats of the Turkestan Region and Shymkent. The program goal is to support and develop leadership skills among schoolchildren in grades 5-11 and teach skills that are in demand and that are not taught in school
