Asyl Miras Conference Highlights Autism Awareness and Early Intervention
Almaty, Kazakhstan – September 26, 2023 – The 5th International Conference “Asyl Miras. Autism. World of Opportunities” brought together leading experts in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to discuss the latest advancements in early diagnosis and intervention. The conference, hosted by the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation, attracted over 500 participants from Kazakhstan and around the world.
New State-of-the-Art School Opens in Kosshy, Akmola Region

This groundbreaking facility, the first in the nation to meet the standards of the National Project “Comfortable School,” caters to the needs of over 3,000 students across two shifts
The largest Autism Center in the country starts its work in Astana
On the threshold of the World Autism Awareness Day, the Bulat Utemuratov’s Foundation opened a new Center for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in Astana. This Center has become the second in the capital and the twelfth in the Asyl Miras network in Kazakhstan. It is located at: Nursaya 2 Residential Complex, 13 Dostyk Str.
The Bulat Utemuratov Foundation will build a Community Center in Kosshy
The Bulat Utemuratov Foundation continues building modern social facilities for Kazakhstan citizens. By March 2025, it is planned to put into operation a new Community Center in Kosshy, where residents will be able to attend sports sections, music classes and cultural events. After the construction is completed, the Center will be transferred to the communal ownership of the city free of charge.
International Conference on Autism started in Almaty
On November 29 and 30 in Almaty, the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation and Narxoz University are holding the IV International Conference “AUTISM. THE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITIES”
Leading international experts in the field of autism research, developers of best practices and parents of children with ASD will attend the Conference.
Results of BATYR LAB residency for Central Asian composers presented in Almaty
The second BATYR LAB residency for Central Asian composers, established by the Public Foundation “Batyrkhan Shukenov Foundation” and the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation in 2021, has ended.
Residents of the Auliyekol and Karassu Districts of the Kostanay Region, whose houses were completely destroyed by fire, received KZT 1 million each as part of the Aid Card Project of the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation.
The Bulat Utemuratov Foundation will send 1.1 billion tenge to help Kostanay region
The Bulat Utemuratov Foundation allocated 1billion tenge to create and equip a Stroke Center in the Auliyekol Central District Hospital of the Kostanay Region. Families, whose houses were completely destroyed by fire, will receive targeted aid in the amount of 1 million tenge.

On the eve of their matches at the prestigious competition, tennis players took time for social events. Children and parents visiting the capital’s autism center “Asyl Miras” were among the first to meet with sports stars. Similar centers for children with autism have been opened by the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation in 10 cities of Kazakhstan.
